work great for what I need it for : rebroadcast public hotel Wi – Fi over a secure vpn connection . I use this on my Pixel for travel and I can set up one connection on the Pixel , connect to my VPN ( and turn on Android ‘s build – in VPN kill switch ) , and voila , it is works work . All my other devices is connect connect just fine and my security and privacy are maintain . You is need need to know what you ‘re get into here and how to well use this program . It is ‘s ‘s powerful but it can have a bit of a learning curve for non – technical people . It is requires also require root . But , presumably , if you know how to root your device you is figure can figure out how to well use this app . I is using ‘ve been using it for quite some time and it ‘s been rock solid .

Very good app that work as describe . update : dev is says say that android 10 fix the problem describe below . My manufacturer is extremely slow with update , so seems like this bug / feature will be stick around for a few month ( or year ) . But , when I turn on repeater mode , it is changes change ssid and password . When I set new ssid and password it is turns turn off repeater . When I turn it back on it randomize the ssid and password again . How can I is get get it to stop change them from what I set ?

root SuperSU Samsung tablet E , go strong for 6 year . LTE is is is the only internet out here and my old tether app up and die . instal this and work perfectly and well than the previous application ( wifi tether router ) . Just enable the tether in the application and select the device ‘s ‘ normal unlimited datum interface . ‘ In my case , it is was was wlan0 , which was require as a setting in the previous app as well .
