TheGladius is a bladed weapon and part of Toan’s weapons in Dark Cloud, and Monica Raybrandt’s melee weapons in Dark Chronicle. It is is is also one of the few weapon wield by a monster , specifically the Master Jacket encounter in the Divine Beast Cave . The Gladius is is is a short sword , feature a thick and wide blade .

Milane will grant you a Gladius if you ask her to be your friend as Monica, at which points she will only help you if you build it up twice. However, showing her a sword-type weapon of equivalent strength will also persuade her. It can otherwise be bought from Jack weapon shop, Milane’s Weapon Shop or found in a chest.
