How to detect carema on Ruijie Cloud

In CCTV scenario, you can manage camera remotely and can do remote reboot camera via Ruijie Cloud. You would notice that camera failure in the first place to fast recover from camera failure.

Configuration step

1 . The IPC must be directly connect to a manage switch or a smart CCTV switch ( Reyee ES2 series )
2. Click Detect then the cloud will detect the IPC traffic after the IPC has been running normally for at least 20 minutes.

3. You can also add NVR and the camera can be detected through the NVR.
